On the Orders page, you'll have full control of order processing. The batch pull and invoice feature saves you time processing specialized gaming product orders. The layout is easy to understand while still giving you a ton of options to better serve your customers. Print shipping labels, view customer comments, handle refunds and more!

Integrated Shipping

Integration with shipping carriers allows us to show real-time quotes for UPS, Fedex, and USPS. In addition, you can do your own rate customizations by changing aspects such as price per pound, price per item, or changes on a fixed or percentage basis.

One Page Checkout

Our super fast, proven, and intuitive one-page check-out builds your customer database for you. Built on a Ruby on Rails platform, our system also saves time for your repeat customers, as they do not need to re-enter their information once they've purchased from you.

Ebay Sync

Keep your Ebay orders in sync! The software automatically updates the order status on Ebay when you process an order on the Orders page . Additionally, when you sell an item on your e-commerce site, it automatically deducts the quantity from your Ebay store.

Automated Customer Communication

Keep your customers updated on their order progress effortlessly! They'll receive an email once they've completed their purchase, when the order has been received, when the order has been processed (optional for print/pull sheets), and when the order has been shipped, complete with tracking number!

Batch Update Your Inventory

Price singles and other gaming inventory quickly! The batch update system works closely with our Advanced Search feature, enabling you to pick whatever parameters you'd like to search for. From there, the batch update tool can modify large groups of prices and quantities or even change product prices by a certain percentage.

Organize Your Products Easily

Organize your product categories through our drag & drop feature. Changes you make in your Category Tree will be reflected on your front end site, so you can set it up however you want it. Additionally, our system enables you to make bulk changes to your Category Tree. If you customize features such as condition, rarity, and language in a parent category called "Magic Singles", all child categories (such as all the Magic sets below it) will inherit those characteristics!

Grid Technology

Using a feature similar to an enhanced version of the "Tab" button in a spreadsheet program, our amazing grid technology allows you to make changes to quantity and price by moving around with one button and without having to click around. This feature streamlines the efficiency of your inventory management and enables you to make quick changes to your quantities, prices, and restock points.

Coupons

Set up personalized marketing for your customers. For example, you could let Crystal Commerce Advanced Search help you find customers by order date, amount spend, average purchase amount, location, and more! You can create targeted coupons or discounts to gain repeat business from the customers you choose.

Refer-A-Friend

Create viral word-of-mouth marketing with every transaction, as your customers can enter their friends' email addresses. Reward customers who refer friends to your web store with store credit. For example, you could reward the referrer with 10% in store credit of the value of their referred transactions while giving the new shopper (the referee) a coupon off their first order over $50. Point-Of-Sale Marketing Tools

Run powerful reports quickly to find who your most loyal customers are and which customers haven't shopped with your store recently. Every POS order creates a User Account on the website to help you track your customers' spending. The website checkout automatically integrates a customer's store credit from Membership Reward programs and Refer-a-Friend programs. The customer Advanced Search allows you to analyze store customers; for example, you could look for someone who has spent over $100 total, with an average order amount of $10 or more, who lives in your state, but has not ordered in the last 30 days. Export these customers into a CSV file and use our CRM tools to entice them back into your store with personalized marketing.
