Who is TCGPlayer?
TCGplayer.com is a major comparison shopping system specializing in collectible card games. They receive a lot of direct and referred traffic and serve up over 3 million pages of pricing data each day! CrystalCommerce is setup to sync your store flawlessly with the TCGPlayer system. Established CrystalCommerce clients can take advantage of exclusive TCGPlayer Pre-Sale opportunities for most major card games. Every major collectible product line is available to sync between TCGPlayer and CrystalCommerce. In the future, many valuable enhancements, improvements, and integrations are planned between TCGPlayer and CrystalCommerce.

How it works
TCGPlayer processes payment for all TCGPlayer orders directly through Credit Card or PayPal. Referred Sales are grouped into 24 hour blocks. Your Referred Sales for each 24 hour block are transferred to your checking account after the TCGplayer commission (7.0% on singles or 2% on sealed) and the applicable processing fees for Credit Card/PayPal have been deducted. Currently all refunds/partial-refunds must be done directly through the TCGplayer Admin Control Panel.

AllMagicCards is available to merchants on an invitation-only basis, providing targeted business referrals. A small service fee of 2.5% will be collected for all sales made through AllMagicCards, which will be reinvested back into the site in the form of communal advertising and future Game and Hobby features and projects.

Using the Buylist software, your customers can easily sell you cards. The automated Buylist manages the entire restocking process for you, it saves a LOT of time, and keeps the customer in the loop about their order while you are processing it.

To set it up, all you need to do is set an Optimum Qty (the ideal number you want in stock at all times) and a Buy Price, the Buylist will calculate how many of each card you want to buy. You can even set a separate Opt Qty and Price for foils, and NM/Mint cards. Restocking is all about intelligent purchasing, the software knows what you need, as well as your product's recent sales history.

Sellers love this tool because they are able to conveniently add cards to their "Sell Cart" (a reverse shopping cart system) and quickly submit their Sell Order for your approval. The next step after an order has been Approved, is to mark it Received when it arrives. Once the package arrives, you quickly Grade the buylist order using our custom Card Grading page, this will recalculate the value of the Buylist order if there are missing or damaged cards (You can customize the discounts). Once payment has been issued to the seller, the Buylist order is moved into the "Payment Complete" status and is automatically databased into your live inventory. This instant processing saves time you would have otherwise spent manually adding the cards into inventory.

Deck Builder: This allows your customers to paste in a full Decklist and search for all the items they want to purchase from you simultaneously. This adds significant value to your website in the eyes of your customers by saving them time as they browse your site deciding which items to purchase from you.

The DeckBuilder also works when your customer is in "Buylist Mode", so they can paste in a list of cards they want to sell, and see which you are interested in buying from them.

Dynamic Advanced Search: The Frontend Advanced Search allows your shoppers to create a very powerful search across many different Sets while simultaneously filtering by all the descriptors and options they want to. Beyond selecting many different sets, they can select all the different attributes that apply to each game. The reason our advanced search is "dynamic" is that it changes when you select Magic: the Gathering and then switch to YuGiOh or BoardGames, the search options dynamically update depending on what category the customer wants to search.

The Dynamic Advanced Search also works when your customer is in "Buylist Mode", so they can execute an advanced search for cards they want to sell, and see which you are interested in buying from them.

This viral marketing tool is a fantastic way to expand your business through referrals from satisfied customers. Customer acquisition can be very expensive. Leverage the excellent customers you already have and reward them for referring you business.

Similar to what Scrye ® Magazine used to offer, Sell Price information is available for quick reference. Further, you are now able to mass customize a large number of prices based on setting a custom % of the High, Medium, Low secondary market prices displayed. These prices are not intended to be applied blindly, we strongly suggest you custom tailor prices to fit your local market using your own personal expertise.

It is now even easier to keep your prices up to date. Use the Admin Advanced Search to find all your cards that are X% lower or higher than the displayed Market Price, this gives you a quick idea what cards you should manually reprice because they may not be accurate anymore. All price decisions are up to you to determine, this data is intended to be a helpful reference resource. We understand prices change rapidly in the secondary market, we want to help you notice which cards need your attention so you can decide what price it should be.

We currently display Price Data for a wide variety of products (Magic: the Gathering, YuGiOh, Pokemon, etc). If you don't see a price displayed for a particular product, it means it didn't pass the statistical screening we apply to the real sell price data used to generate the Market Price.
