What happened?

We did a small update on the system recently, and we tested it before deploy and discovered no issues, but it appears a subsequent feature deploy had some kind of incompatibility with the prior one.

What are you doing about it?

The offending updates have been reverted and we’re tracking system status for any further issues.

We are continuing to investigate for more info on what exactly caused the incompatibility.

We are also considering if there are any improvements we can make to our already strong pre-deploy testing process for even greater fortification from unexpected issues.

What else are you working on?

In other news, we are working on updates and improvements to the legacy system and admin, as well as the new next-level platform and upcoming huge improvements.

We’re making progress on a new admin on a new codebase which will be much faster than the current one, will have better and more intuitive navigation, and will allow us to more easily and quickly add further improvements and powerful new features.

On the legacy side, we’re working on reported issues, as well as making small but impactful improvements which will save you time.
