Later in the evening, we narrowed down the issue to DNS affecting only some of our servers and randomly. Early on 10/2/2018, our head of engineering identified an issue with an Ubuntu update that was causing errors in our NewRelic admin. We resolved this issue, but we’re still experiencing slowness on websites. We will continue investigating this issue until we can get website performance back to normal.

eBay Refactor – This project was completed and deployed on Tuesday 9/25/2018. The goal for this project was to prevent products that sold out on other channels or on eBay from automatically relisting on eBay when zero quantity was in stock.

AWS Migration – We’re still in the middle of this project, but we have migrated 70% of our database servers over to AWS. We will have more updates about this project as we start to migrate applications over to AWS.

Market Prices – This project has been in the works for the last few weeks. We are scheduled to test our new Market Price application today. After we can verify the results as being accurate, we will schedule and announce a production deployment.

Product Activity Logs – In early 2017 we changed the service we use for product activity logs which caused most product activity log data to disappear for users to access. We plan to reinstate these old product activity logs for all users.[/text_output][/vc_column][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/6″][gap size=”1.313em” id=”” class=”” style=””][/vc_column][/vc_row]
