A recent update to the Chrome browser had caused the category filters on both the Inventory > Import page and Inventory > Mass Create page to function abnormally. When using the search filter at the top of the category list, it wouldn’t display the proper results. For example, you may have run into something like this:
With Chrome’s most recent update, this category filter issue has been fixed! It is now working like normal:
If you are still experiencing issues like the one in the first animated gif, double check to make sure you are on the latest version of Chrome. At the time of this article, that would be version 81.0.4044.138. You can go to chrome://settings/help page in your Chrome browser to check your version and update if needed.
