Question: Is there a way to set up a coupon that can only be used by new customers?
Answer: Yes, you can! Use the coupon condition for “If customer has spent at least this amount” to set that up. Enter $0 for both the minimum sales and the maximum sales. Only customers who have no previous sales history will be able to use the coupon.
In this example, a brand new customer with no previous sales history could use the code “newcustomer” and receive a $5 discount on their first order:
