The 25th Anniversary: Rarity Collection 2 will include 79 cards, similar to the first set. However, this sequel will offer more cards per pack (nine instead of five), resulting in an increased number of Ultra and Secret Rares per pack.
Konami is also modifying the pull rates for this collection. Each pack will feature two Secret Rares, four Ultra Rares, and three Super Rares. Each Secret Rare has a one-in-four chance of being a Platinum or Quarter Century Secret Rare, while every Ultra Rare has a one-in-six chance of being a new Prismatic-style Collector’s Rare or Ultimate Rare.
